Litigation Preparation & Filing
Conduct preliminary legal research and summarize findings for attorneys and claims teams.

Liaise with claims specialists, outside counsel, and law enforcement agencies.

Draft and send legal demand letters to initiate final recovery efforts.
Review incoming claims files to assess eligibility for litigation and identify disqualifying factors.
Administrative Duties - Perform other administrative duties as may be required (expense reporting, organize case files, manage meeting logistics, etc.).
Prepare and submit required disclosures.
Maintain litigation calendars and ensure timely follow-through on procedural steps.
Monitor default judgment status and report outcomes to internal stakeholders.

Familiarity with Allegheny and Beaver County filing procedures.
Proficient in e-filing systems and legal research tools.
