- Properly and promptly report all maintenance items. Timely work with mechanics through resolution of maintenance issues, with emphasis placed on safely returning the aircraft to service with minimal downtown.
- Thoroughly flight plan by performing a complete check of weather along the route, and research facilities in order to choose the best FBO options
- Maintain flight department records for flights, passenger manifests, and maintenance
- Conduct proper pre-flight inspections
- Keep aircraft GPS updated and current
- Complete all trip paperwork at the end of each trip
- Research and negotiate travel costs as appropriate (fuel, landing fees, hangar, etc)
- Communicate flight schedules with company associates, prepare trip itineraries, book ground transportation and catering when needed
- Attend recurrent training annually
- Maintain all food/beverage & baggage (up to 50 lbs) with high level of customer service
- Ensure all flights are conducted within accordance of Federal Aviation Regulations, company policies, and insurance requirements.
- Keep up to date on the maintenance status of the aircraft
- Keep the aircraft flight ready: cleaned, stocked, and maintained

- Excellent communication skills, able to work professionally with flight department associates, company passengers, and aircraft vendors.

- Proficient with Outlook, Excel, Word, ForeFlight
- King Air 350 Type Rating preferred but not required
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule with occasional short-notice trips. Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overnights as needed
