- Provide technical advice regarding design, construction or program modifications.
- Analyze survey reports/maps/drawings/blueprints/aerial photography & other topographical/geologic data to plan projects.
- Support other Real Estate functions such as ownership and tenant transactions, internal reporting including accounting and finance, acquisition/disposition due diligence.
- Determine project feasibility based on client needs and available resources.
- May compile reports to show statistics, such as cash receipts and expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, profit and loss, and other items pertinent to operation of business.
- Maintain a record of documentation from start to finish of the project.
- Prepare and execute contracts pursuant to specific consultations.
- Perform thorough review of working papers to help ensure conclusions have been supported and firm policies have been met.
- Review/update existing processes and procedures.
- Adhere to all industry standards in design.
- Maximizing the usage of land and space for better profitability.
- Troubleshooting and resolving code and design issues.
- Co-ordinate with consultants, vendors, contractors for Project Design coordination & completion as per Project Schedule, timeline, budget &
- Analyze and assess the potential impact of projects.
- Communicate with contractors and construction workers to implement designs.
- Prepare / Review of final design briefs and present to management for review.
- Review correspondences sent to the RE Department and distribute to proper departments.
- Adjust contracts and designs to meet the changing needs of stakeholders.
- Conduct studies of traffic patterns/environmental conditions to identify engineering problems.
- Ensure timely closure of Design stages in alignment to the requirements.
- Co-ordinate with all internal stack holders & prepare presentations for Management approvals.
- Independently gather data pertinent to an engagement through direct client interaction, including personal and telephone interviews with market participants such as brokers, appraisers, investors, developers and asset managers.
- Suggest changes in design for optimum and better utilization of space and land usage.
- Keeps records of financial transactions for establishment, using calculator and computer.
- Direct or participate in surveying to lay out installations and establish reference points/grades/elevations to guide execution.
- Draft designs that reflect green building values and cater to clients’ desires for smaller carbon footprints.
- Oversee and manage Landscape production staff.
- Create Landscape designs based on Leadership input and feedback.
- Work with a variety of third-party service providers such as property managers, leasing agents, appraisers.

- Full time B.Arch / Equivalent Degree in Landscape Design
- Experience on designing and development.
- 10-13 years of experience in Architecture Planning of mega townships/high end residential projects, Interiors, Site Co-ordination.
- Solid understanding of various development platforms.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Hands on experience of AutoCAD, MS – Officer, Revit, Sketchup and Photoshop.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
