Demonstrate strong leadership with ability and willingness to face challenges, direct teams, and effectively resolve conflicts
Possess and maintain a valid driver's license in your state of residence
Willing to travel nationwide
5+ years of experience as a Lead Superintendent on ground-up data center, manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or cold storage projects that are a minimum of 100,000 sq. ft.
Proficient in construction management software (e.g. Procore, Bluebeam, Excel)
Able to meet the physical demands of the job, including but not limited to: prolonged standing or walking (occasionally on uneven terrain), bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 pounds
