You will provide expert advice on repairs, maintenance, and restoration options, while also participating in the development of both new and existing buildings. During the graduate programme, you will gain hands-on experience with a wide range of activities within the UK and also potentially across Europe, from conducting building surveys and preparing schedules of condition, to managing dilapidations and construction projects. You will also attend client meetings, conduct site visits, and much more.
Throughout the programme, you’ll participate in discussion panels, Q&A sessions with senior leaders, training workshops, and networking events, all designed to enhance your development and expand your professional network.
By joining our Building Consultancy team, you will be involved in the full life cycle of buildings. Our programme aligns with the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) pathway through the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, setting you on a path to achieving chartered status by the end of your programme.
