Compost Engineering Technician I, II, III (AA-332-25E) Tulare Lake
Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts
Provides wastewater treatment, recycling, and waste management services to Los Angeles County.
Perform para-professional engineering duties in support of composting operations, water, wastewater, and stormwater systems, or other related technical assignments.
Monitor equipment, gas meters, compost piles and wells, or hazardous and industrial waste disposal
Troubleshoot problems identified from irregular data from the compost system or other compost equipment failures
Test samples and collect data
Perform math calculations
Conduct industrial hygiene monitoring
Collect, compile, calculate, and present data; prepare reports and evaluate data; prepare tabular and graphical summaries of data
Conduct a variety of field sampling, testing, data gathering, data recording, calculations, or office assignments providing technical support using computer applications
