Project Executive (Hospitality Construction)

Description

• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and jurisdictional requirements
• Track project costs and prepare accurate forecasts and reports
• Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and vendors
• Mentor junior project managers and project engineers as needed
• Lead all phases of hospitality TI projects from preconstruction through project closeout
• Review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• Coordinate with owners, architects, designers, and consultants
• Oversee procurement of long-lead items and specialty finishes
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, safety requirements, and contract documents

Tiello has partnered with a highly successful High End Hospitality General Contractor in Las Vegas, Nevada on their search for a Project Executive who has experience managing high-end restaurant and hospitality tenant improvement projects.

• Strong understanding of restaurant, hotel, and luxury interior build-outs
• Experience with fast-track schedules and occupied renovations preferred
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, MS Project, Primavera, or similar)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• At least 10+ years of high end TI restaurant(preferably) and hospitality interior experience
• Proven experience managing high-end hospitality TI projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
