Develop the internal messaging and channel strategy for our colleagues ensuring we can effectively communicate with them via SharePoint, Teams, Email, WhatsApp Communities etc.
Manage the development and delivery of the strategic internal communications plan, in conjunction with group internal comms, for the business directorate ensuring it aligns with the broader communications strategy.
Manage and develop one direct report, fostering growth and performance through coaching and support.
Liaise with stakeholders at all levels across the different business areas whilst keeping them continuously updated on agreed campaign milestones.
Manage budgets for individual projects and channels and suggest ways to maximise value
Responsibility for creating effective multi-channel marketing and communication campaigns that deliver on business strategy, with clear measurable outcomes.
Develop detailed plans that provide visibility on planned activities which are timebound and provide transparency on how targets will be achieved.
Manage the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns.
Act as a business partner to multiple business area acting as a conduit between the business leads and the wider communications team ensuring that they have one key point of contact but equally have access and can benefit from the wider team skills as and when required.
