Architect (Mid- Senior)

Description

• Participate in quality assurance and quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Present design concepts and revisions to clients, incorporating feedback to enhance project outcomes.
• Train and assist team members in Revit best practices.
• Work collaboratively with project teams to develop and refine design concepts for different architecture projects.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project goals.
• Work closely with the project team to address any design-related issues during the construction phase.
• Contribute to the coordination of architectural design with other project disciplines.
• Participate in code analysis and integrate findings into design development.
• Collaborate with other architects, engineers, and consultants to integrate various design elements into cohesive and functional facilities.
• Apply knowledge of local, state, and national building laws, as well as other industry standards, to ensure compliance in design solutions.
• Contribute to the development of construction documents, specifications, and material selections.
• Utilize Revit to create detailed architectural drawings and models, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct regular reviews of drawings and models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project standards.

Experience: 2-6 years

• Experience in all project phases, from concept design to construction documentation.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in using Revit for architectural design and documentation.
• Proficient in Revit and other relevant design software.
• 2-6 years of relevant experience in different architecture projects.
