In this field‑based role you will operate heavy equipment in compliance with company safety policies and OSHA regulations, maintain and clean machinery, and adjust machine settings to ensure proper paving material distribution. You will also keep the work area tidy, dispose of scrap, and communicate proactively with foremen, superintendents, and coworkers.

Work sites are heavy civil and highway construction locations where noise levels are high and conditions may include inclement weather, heat, humidity, dust, and exposure to asphalt. The role requires lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, and sustained manual dexterity and stamina.
This full‑time position may require occasional long hours and weekend work. Candidates must adhere to OSHA safety protocols, work in a drug‑free environment, have reliable transportation, and preferably possess 2‑4 years of operating experience. A valid state driver’s license must be obtained before employment.
