Support leadership with ad hoc financial analytics
Collaborate with Project Operations, Field Operations, and Business Development to align on current and upcoming construction project performance
Prepare monthly and annual forecasts and budgets
Conduct monthly variance analysis on active construction projects and company ISGA (overhead) expenses
Analyze the company’s WIP (work in progress) report and identify project finance risks and opportunities
Partner with business leaders on departmental ISGA cost planning
Manage and develop a team of financial analysts while collaborating across the broader Finance team
Oversee the company’s billable rates creation and rate analysis

You’re trustworthy and able to exercise confidentiality and neutrality in sensitive situations
You collaborate well across departments and influence at all levels of the organization
Required: You have prior experience in managing direct reports
Required: You have at least 8 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, project/operations finance, or a related field
Required: You have earned your bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline
Bonus Points: You’re familiar with Finance in the construction industry
You’re organized, great at prioritization, and focused on achieving team goals
You bring a strong analytical and curious mindset with critical thinking and a drive for continuous improvement
You demonstrate success working with leadership to develop reporting tools that support business needs and decision-making
