Take the lead on Quality Management for the Project, acting as interface between the Client and the Contractors Quality Teams
Establish project specific requirements in relation to Factory Witness Testing and manage the planning and execution of off-site quality activities.
Communicate all quality specifications to all service providers and the equipment manufacturers and integrators, the Specialty Package Contractors and the Commissioning Agent.
Promote a culture of Quality and train all operatives on Quality Culture as part of their initial induction to the construction project, this shall include off-site project team members such as integrator contractors.
Prepare, develop and deliver the overall Quality Management Plan in compliance with the Owners specifications
Direct on site resources and ensure quality events and bench marks are organised and results recorded in a timely manner
Monitor and confirm that contractors Quality Control plans are in place and effective, and that quality standards meet the project contract requirements always.
