Build & Release – Own Azure DevOps pipelines; branch policies and approvals; manage app signing and store submissions; run a release calendar and over-the-air updates.

Vendor Management – Establish quality gates, security scanning, and performance budgets; review designs/PRs; ensure documentation and knowledge transfer.
Reliability & Incidents – Set stability/performance targets; implement real-time monitoring and alerts; run on-call response and post-incident follow-ups.
Platform & Security – Lead the technical roadmap; manage identity; enforce least-privilege; safeguard customer and payment data; drive Salesforce to Microsoft Entra ID migration.

Proficiency with Git and Azure DevOps for repositories, pipelines, and environment approvals.
Understanding of content delivery networks, push notifications, and web performance tuning.
Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and Entra ID (identity), including secure handling of app registrations, keys/secrets, and access.
Experience leading external vendors and enforcing quality gates and documentation.
Proven record establishing monitoring/alerting and running incident response for customer-facing apps.
Working knowledge of payments and PCI considerations.
7+ years in mobile/web platform engineering or architecture, including hands-on ownership of build/release operations.
Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and API patterns.
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.
Exposure to A/B testing, analytics instrumentation, and performance optimization.
Experience migrating customer identity to Microsoft Entra ID (B2C).
3+ years supporting React Native or native mobile apps at commercial scale.
Practical knowledge of Apple App Store and Google Play submission processes and policies.
