Perform additional assignments per supervisor’s direction.
Troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment within varying facility types and sizes.
Maintain organization in both paperwork and van stock materials.
Assist Human Resources in maintaining communications regarding employee job site performance as well as attendance and reviews.
Maintain liaison with vendors and Inspectors to ensure all required materials, equipment, inspections, etc., support craft activities and project schedule.
Provide accurate reporting to service manager for project scheduling, and manpower demands.
Plan and supervise craft activities including method of construction, material quantities, equipment, temporary power sources, and documenting actual hours worked.
Maintain liaison with engineering and planning to ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and schedule.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with facility and client personnel.
Monitor craft compliance with project safety program requirements; document and ensure corrective measures are implemented.
Coordinate assigned work with work of different crafts, company departments, or other contractors.

Completion of a four-year accredited apprenticeship program or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or experience.
Advanced understanding of troubleshooting measures and repair methods.
Background check, credit check, MVR and drug screen may be required (will vary by position).
Strong social and communication skills with superiors, customers and project partners.
OSHA 30 certification a plus.
Valid Colorado (or reciprocal) JW license.
Must have a strong sense of independence to self-perform most tasks.
Proficiency in construction technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures in a service/special projects environment.
Must have safe driving record and a valid driver’s license according to legal requirements.
Minimum of two years of electrical service/special projects experience within a commercial or industrial environment.
Must be detail oriented with accuracy in work order descriptions and itemized material/labor breakdown.
Intermediate computer skills, with MS Office, Bluebeam and other construction related software.
This position is required to drive.
