

Resident‑led housing association managing and delivering affordable and shared‑ownership homes in East England.
The ideal candidate will ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout all stages of shared ownership home sales, resales, staircasing, and other related processes. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets in terms of income and timelines, maintaining accurate sales records in compliance with legislative, statutory, and regulatory requirements, including those set by Homes England and the Regulator of Social Housing. You will act as the key point of contact for customer and colleague enquiries, organise viewings and handovers, and coordinate administrative tasks to ensure sales are completed efficiently and to target.
The role also involves attending site meetings and providing detailed handover information to customers, ensuring they are well-informed of their rights and responsibilities. By supporting the sales process from enquiry to completion, the successful candidate will play a vital role in helping Eastlight achieve its sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.
