As part of the sales and pre-construction team, you’ll play a key role in preparing accurate, competitive, and high-quality estimates for BMS and EPMS projects across data centres, commercial buildings, and high-tech facilities.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates including materials, labour, and subcontractor services.
• Support the full project lifecycle by providing cost advice, tracking performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
• Review project plans, specifications, and requirements to define scope and objectives.
• Analyse data, historical trends, and market insights to refine cost strategies.
• Collaborate closely with suppliers, engineers, and sales teams to develop winning proposals.

BMS Estimator

Are you a detail-oriented estimator with a passion for smart buildings and energy efficiency?

• Ability to read and interpret technical M&E drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with estimating tools (Procore, AutoCAD, Bluebeam) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of Building Management and Power Monitoring Systems.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
