Build strong relationships with local authorities and industry specialists to champion best practice.
Collaborate with ecologists, planners, and project teams to integrate BNG into design and delivery.
Use ESRI ArcGIS Pro to create accurate mapping and spatial data that drives planning decisions.
Work closely with our BNG Lead to deliver biodiversity net gain across capital and major projects.
Support biodiversity metric calculations and reporting, ensuring compliance and consistency.

Membership of a professional body (IEMA, CIEEM, CIWEM).
Experience in environmental compliance or planning systems.
Excellent communication skills and a strategic mindset.
Strong knowledge of BNG principles and practical delivery, including the Statutory Biodiversity Metric.
Solid experience with GIS platforms (ideally ESRI ArcGIS Pro).
A degree (or equivalent experience) in Environmental Science, Ecology, Conservation Biology, or related field.
