- Assist in the preparation of presentation materials and documentation for project meetings and reviews.
- Interpret sketches, rough drawings, and specifications to produce clear and precise CAD drawings.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to understand project objectives and requirements.
- Create accurate and detailed technical drawings, plans, and diagrams using CAD software in accordance with project specifications and requirements.
- Ensure that all drawings comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Stay updated on CAD software advancements and industry trends to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Comply with MTA Specification and Drawing Standards
- Maintain organized files and documentation of all CAD drawings and related materials.
- Revise drawings as necessary based on feedback from project stakeholders.

- Bachelor’s degree or certification in drafting, engineering, architecture, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in producing technical drawings and plans.
- Electrical Construction background with 3 years’ field experience
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations. Knowledge of MTA Standards is a plus
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, or similar programs.
- Previous experience in CAD drafting or a related field, preferably in transportation or infrastructure projects.
