Opens and closes the marina office
Guest facing position that is responsible for providing a warm welcome to guests
Coordinates with dock attendants, parking and transportation, fuel attendants, and grounds team
Checks guests into or out of the marina, assigning slips according to availability or sizes of vessels (length, beam, and draft) needs
Makes reservations for marina guests
Answers questions about the property or the surrounding area attractions.
Coordinates and upsells fuel, waste removal, hotel amenities, and on-site restaurants
Reconciles fuel, funds and cash on a daily basis
Processes payments, provides receipts to customers
Reports fuel spills and respond to state for property documentation and tracking, attends annual fuel spill training
Answers phones , responds to emails and guest needs during their stay
Provides on-site customer service for residence , club members and transient marina guests as well as hotel guests
