The company is seeking a Mitigation Estimator. This role is critical in the disaster restoration industry, tasked with assessing and estimating costs associated with mitigating damages from water, fire, mold, or other emergencies. The estimator must have keen attention to detail, strong analytical and communication skills, and work closely with clients, insurance adjusters, and restoration teams.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in property assessments and mitigation estimation, preferably in disaster restoration, and a solid understanding of construction materials, methods, and building codes. Proficiency with Xactimate, strong analytical, mathematical, communication, and negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure are required. The candidate must be detail‑oriented, highly organized, and hold an IICRC certification.
