Prepare monthly supply chain risk reports, including material shortage risk, excess/obsolete status, and forecast accuracy metrics.
Maintain and improve data pipelines to track PO life cycle, inbound shipments, and invoice matching accuracy.
Conduct root cause analysis for supply delays, forecast deviations, and ERP data gaps.
Collaborate with procurement to propose optimized order strategies based on inventory aging reports, consumption trends, and budget control.
Support S&OP meetings with supply/demand balancing analysis.
Analyze historical demand, installation forecasts, vendor lead times, and inventory turns to recommend procurement strategies.
Develop and manage PSI dashboards to determine optimal purchase timing, reorder points, minimum order quantities, and supply planning scenarios.
Perform supply chain data auditing between ERP systems to ensure information accuracy and consistency.
