  • Develop and manage creative collateral required for online and offline marketing
  • Undertake rigorous data analysis across marketing channels, Google Analytics and CRM to assess the effectiveness of the marketing strategy in its delivery to support the sales pipeline. Utilise the findings to inform next steps and ongoing optimisation.
  • Responsible for the coordination of the entire fit out and launching of development sales outlets in line with company guidelines with external designers and installers.
  • Monitor advertising budgets as well as media production costs ensuring budget is spent efficiently whilst reporting to Sales Management as required.
  • Manage effective marketing communications to the CRM database
  • Manage overall relationship with all appointed external marketing agencies
  • Engage with the central communications team in the collation of news content to be used across multiple channels
  • Recommend and execute the marketing strategy aligned to the budget as approved by the Sales and Marketing Director, and control expenditure within agreed budget limits
  • Manage the optimisation of digital content (media, websites and portals) aligned to central best practice guidance.
  • Plan and implement media strategies ensuring targets are achieved.
  • Ensure all relevant stakeholders are informed of key departmental developments.
  • Overall responsibility for marketing as part of the development set-up meetings, site launches, and new property releases.
  • Monitor competitor sales and marketing activities via field contacts and recommend appropriate activity to maximise opportunities and minimise threats.

  • Previous experience as a Marketing Manager
  • Ability to work under pressure, and accept criticism of work
