- Refine the technical drawings based on comments from the design architect, project manager and clients
- Provide resume and work samples in PDF format
- Work independently to client’s Revit / CAD standards
- Draw building elevations and transform them into representation drawings
- Read blueprints and develop working drawings from concepts under limited supervision

- Associate degree or completion of a technical diploma in Revit / CAD drafting
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, contractors, and consultants

- Degree or Certificate in Architecture, Drafting
- At least 2+ years of experience with advanced Revit / AutoCAD skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Technical production skills are necessary and require a demonstrated ability to effectively produce design and construction documents.
- Knowledge of working with BIM or US Building Codes is must. Applicants with no similar experience will not be considered.
- Working skills with Sketch Up and Revit
- Proficiency with MS Office software
- Good communication skills
