Innovation & Efficiency: Develop new methodologies, refine engineering processes, and integrate BIM principles (Revit, Civil 3D, Tekla Tedds).

Degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
Health & Safety qualifications (IOSH, NEBOSH, APS).Experience as a Contractor Design Approval Engineer (CDAE).
7 years civil/structural design experience.
5 years civil/structural design experience in T&D.
Substation safety training (NSI 30, BESC:AIM).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, CAD/BIM software, and structural analysis tools.
Incorporated or Chartered Engineer status with ICE or IstructE or an equivalent professional licence gained through the professional institution to which the individual is aligned.
Ability to manage multiple projects and engage with diverse stakeholders.
Expertise in client (National Grid TP, SSEN & SPEN) procedures, CDM 2015, and Temporary Works.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
