  • Develop and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to communicate updated work methods.
  • Collaborate with Safety, Training, and Operations teams to integrate best practices into training materials and new hire onboarding programs.

  • Research and evaluate new tools, technologies, and equipment to identify opportunities for safer and more efficient work execution.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, client standards, and PAR Electric safety policies.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to field crews and project managers on safe and effective work procedures.
  • Develop, document, and maintain standardized work methods, job procedures, and construction practices for transmission, distribution, substation, and specialty projects.
  • Analyze job performance data to identify trends, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in incident investigations as needed to assess potential method improvements or corrective actions.
  • Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and innovation across the organization.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with digital documentation tools and field data systems is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Occupational Safety, or a related field preferred. Equivalent field experience will be considered.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in electrical utility construction, safety, or work methods development. Field experience in transmission, distribution, or substation construction strongly preferred.
  • Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, practical procedures and training materials.
  • Strong understanding of electrical utility construction techniques, equipment, and industry safety standards.
