- Develop and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to communicate updated work methods.

- Develop, document, and maintain standardized work methods, job procedures, and construction practices for transmission, distribution, substation, and specialty projects.
- Analyze job performance data to identify trends, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
- Participate in incident investigations as needed to assess potential method improvements or corrective actions.
- Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and innovation across the organization.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with digital documentation tools and field data systems is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Occupational Safety, or a related field preferred. Equivalent field experience will be considered.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in electrical utility construction, safety, or work methods development. Field experience in transmission, distribution, or substation construction strongly preferred.
- Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, practical procedures and training materials.
- Strong understanding of electrical utility construction techniques, equipment, and industry safety standards.
