You will initiate calls to obtain claim status, contact insurance companies to clarify denials and underpayments, and take appropriate actions to ensure claim resolution. Accurate and timely follow‑up will be documented in claim billing summary notes, and you will prioritize pending claims from the aging basket. Calls must follow international norms, confidentiality standards, and HIPAA compliance, and you will handle denials, rejections, and LOA corrections.
The role belongs to the EBO Accounts Receivable (India) family and does not require travel or any security clearance. It focuses on managing claim processes and communications.
The ideal candidate is a graduate with strong written and verbal communication skills and is willing to work night shifts. An average typing speed of at least 25 words per minute is required, and experience with the MS Office suite is a plus.
