Prepare and manage quantity takeoffs, and detailed cost breakdowns for all drywall, steel stud framing, and ceiling scopes.
Work will be conducted in a variety of conditions: in the office, out in the field visiting potential or active construction jobsites, and out at customer meetings, industry events, etc.
Lead the drywall estimating process from customer interactions to bid submission.
Direct estimating and preconstruction staff on assigned customers.
Identify, pursue, and secure bid opportunities with both existing and new multifamily clients.
Generate and present detailed bid proposals and scope breakdowns to customers.

Provide early conceptual budgets and pricing guidance to support repeat client development.
Oversee all value engineering efforts — identify design or scope adjustments that improve cost efficiency without compromising quality.
