Become trained and available for cross-functional support across the department, as needed
Attend meetings and review, post, distribute, and maintain committee materials and records
Coordinate stakeholder activity more broadly within the NEPOOL Relations group and with internal business units to ensure the ISO’s external positioning is clear, constructive, and consistent
Serve as Secretary for key NEPOOL working group and subcommittee
Support the NEPOOL Relations management team by identifying areas of interest to stakeholders and preparing logistical requirements for committee meetings
Participate in multi-disciplinary development teams on change initiatives and provide support to internal project leads on larger scope initiatives
Track and assist with accurate responses to stakeholder inquiries

Bachelor’s degree in communications, Business, Engineering, Economics, Operations and Information Management, Public Policy, Legal Studies, or Regulatory Affairs preferred. An advanced degree or specifically applicable experience is highly desirable
