Collect, analyze, and compare competitive subcontract and supplier bids.
Tracks and reports on current material and labor prices, including escalation.
Identify and engage with electrical subcontractors throughout the bidding process.

Ability to maintain healthy working relationships with industry partners (Owners, designers, subcontractors, etc.) for the development of estimating deliverables.
Experience in Federal construction programs and markets is desired but not required.
Supportive computer skills for varied formats such as basic Windows applications plus pdf’s, TEAMS, Zoom, etc.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management field and/or office experience equivalency.
Ability to estimate multiple facility types such as hospitals, hangars, office structures, specialized mission structures, base improvements, renovations, and additions.
Ability to conceptually estimate projects with limited information.
Extensive knowledge of AccuBid, On ‐ Screen Take ‐ off, and similar software for take ‐ offs and estimate pricing for electrical systems construction.
Ability to present estimating deliverables to management and explain advantages in utilizing one contractor over another, scope gaps, cost swings, etc.
Communicate Effectively ‐ Listen to understand and clearly convey information in all forms based on the audience to ensure shared meaning of the message.
