Build and lead a growing Data Engineering, Analytics, and BI team, while partnering closely with Product, Marketing, Ad Operations, Revenue, and Executive Leadership.
Work with revenue teams on advertiser-facing data products, measurement frameworks, attribution models, and campaign performance analytics.
Play a central role in future AI & predictive modeling initiatives across content, user engagement, and revenue optimization.
Drive the evolution of the company's first-party data strategy, enabling stronger audience insights, personalization, targeting, and measurement across all sports media channels.
Oversee and modernize the data platform (ETL pipelines, cloud environment, dashboards, data quality, governance, privacy compliance).
Own the company-wide data vision, roadmap, and architecture from ingestion and warehousing to analytics, governance, and AI/ML initiatives.

NYC hybrid (2-3 days onsite).
