Overview
Manage and maintain FAMS for fleet assets, supporting maintenance, procurement and compliance.

Tasks
-Promote Safety Standards: Support compliance with Network Rail and Health & Safety Executive (HSE) regulations. -Ensure Compliance: Adhere to data management, reporting, and audit requirements in line with contractual obligations. -Support Maintenance Operations: Assist with planned maintenance schedules, work order tracking, and inventory control. -Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure all maintenance, asset, and inventory activities are correctly logged, tracked, and reported. -Coordinate Procurement: Manage purchasing processes and maintain up-to-date asset information. -Drive Process Improvements: Contribute to system updates and continuous improvement initiatives. -Manage Fleet Systems: Oversee the Fleet Asset Management System (FAMS) for the Seasonal Treatment MPV fleet.

What You Bring
-Ability to interpret technical maintenance documentation -Strong IT skills, with experience in asset/maintenance management systems (FAMS, Maximo, SAP, or similar) -Experience in maintenance, engineering, or asset management (railway or similar regulated industry preferred) -High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping -Good communication skills -Competence in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
