Assist Project Management team to understand jobs once they are sold.
Reviews drawings, specifications and estimates for accuracy.
Answer technical questions regarding estimates.
Reviews all bid packages and assigns them to the estimators.
Perform Value Engineering to help reduce the cost of the project.
Communicate needs and discuss bids from vendors and erectors.
Communicates with customers to develop an understanding of project requirements.
Manage the daily activities of the Estimating Department.
Provides accurate and timely sales quotations at a profit level consistent with the company’s objectives.
