Respond to, investigate, and resolve service desk tickets related to cloud services, networking, and DevOps tools.
Coordinate with FAA teams to ensure reliable and secure operation of cloud resources.
Escalate complex issues to senior engineers while maintaining clear documentation of actions taken.
Assist with account management, role-based access control (RBAC), and security compliance.
Troubleshoot user access issues, system connectivity problems, and application performance concerns.

Familiarity with common DevOps tools (GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps).

Experience with monitoring and logging platforms (e.g., CloudWatch, Datadog, Splunk).
