Develop and maintain a project schedule, as well as coordinate needs with the project team, identifying time-sensitive installation needs

Strong analytical, writing, presentation and critical thinking skills
Ability to work in a team environment providing dedicated support to our customers
Skilled in using Windows laptops and adept at learning new software for programming and troubleshooting automation equipment.
Ability to work 40-hours per week for the 10-week program (May - July or June - August)
Demonstrated leadership potential
Pursing a degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Energy/Sustainability and Built Environment.
This program does not support students on a Visa such as F1, J1, M1 and H1B as well as OPT/CPT.
Must be able to use hand tools, laptop, email, smartphone, and tablet
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Rising Senior, graduating in May 2027
Must be current enrollment as an undergraduate at an accredited 4-year U.S. college or university.

10% of your time will be spent in our service department, focusing on the service-related tasks needed to deliver world-class service to Siemens customers
80% of your time will be spent on project management-related activities (learning how to manage a construction project, on-the-job training, and shadowing, etc.)
There is no relocation or housing stipend for this program
During this 10-week internship program, you will rotate through various departments at the local branch office, focusing on smart buildings and sustainable infrastructure
10% of your time with be spent with the sales department learning how we go-to-market and sell our solutions and services
