The role sits at the intersection of programme delivery, analytics, and operational improvement, working cross‑functionally with Operations, Finance, Procurement and Data to scale the logistics network efficiently, sustainably and with clear performance visibility. Reporting to the VP of Supply Chain, the manager will have regular exposure to senior leadership, providing concise data‑led updates and translating strategic priorities into well‑governed, executable programmes.
Initially the role will shape data and delivery foundations, then transition to driving continuous improvement and long‑term operational excellence, connecting strategy to delivery and turning insight into action.
Candidates need proven programme‑management or operational‑improvement experience in supply chain or logistics, a record of leading complex cross‑functional initiatives, strong analytical skills with Excel/SQL/BI tools, knowledge of continuous‑improvement methodologies, and excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
