The role sits at the intersection of programme delivery, analytics, and operational improvement, working cross‑functionally with Operations, Finance, Procurement and Data to scale the logistics network efficiently, sustainably and with clear performance visibility. Reporting to the VP of Supply Chain, the manager will have regular exposure to senior leadership, providing concise data‑led updates and translating strategic priorities into well‑governed, executable programmes.

Initially the role will shape data and delivery foundations, then transition to driving continuous improvement and long‑term operational excellence, connecting strategy to delivery and turning insight into action.

Own end‑to‑end delivery of key supply‑chain programmes (e.g., warehouse transitions, transport strategy, carrier onboarding).
Define programme scope, milestones, risks and success measures, ensuring delivery on cost, time and quality.
Build governance and reporting frameworks, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
Collaborate with Data and Finance to gather, clean and align operational data from multiple sources.
Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track cost, service, utilisation and performance.
Use data insights to prioritise initiatives, highlight opportunities and inform decisions.
Coach teams to identify inefficiencies, challenge processes and implement data‑led solutions.
Partner with Operations and Finance to quantify benefits, monitor KPIs and sustain improvements.
Manage stakeholder relationships across Operations, Procurement, Finance, Data and external partners (3PLs, carriers, suppliers).
Communicate concise, data‑driven progress, risks and mitigations to senior leadership.
