The Leasing Associate is responsible for leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations. The role includes signing leases, acting as a landlord on behalf of property owners, and ensuring a high-quality resident experience.
Candidates should have an associate’s degree or equivalent, or six months to one year of related experience, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software. A valid driver’s license is required.
The position primarily involves office work with occasional outdoor duties, requiring the ability to sit for extended periods, climb stairs, lift up to 20 lb, and use mobile devices. Employment is contingent upon a successful background check and compliance with E-Verify.
