As a Lease Administrator, you will be the linchpin in facilitating seamless leasing transactions across the Sydney Water portfolio for Property NSW. Working within the Cushman & Wakefield Leasing Team, you will coordinate all aspects of lease administration—from onboarding new tenants to managing renewals, variations, and departures. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and delivering excellent service.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams such as legal, facilities management and finance, as well as external stakeholders including tenants and Sydney Water, to ensure lease data remains current and compliant. A tertiary qualification in property, business or related fields, and an NSW Real Estate Agent licence (or eligibility) are advantageous.
