This is a high-impact role where you’ll continuously evolve category strategies, strengthen supplier partnerships, and collaborate across Global Procurement and the wider business to harness market insights and deliver resilient, future-ready solutions.

As Head of Category & Procurement Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the supply chain strategy across our business units and functions. Reporting directly to the VP of Procurement, you’ll be the key operational link between Procurement and senior business leaders—driving strategic engagement and ensuring our supply chain delivers on cost, quality, and reliability.

You’ll lead the development and execution of a compelling category strategy, overseeing vendor relationships and contract management across a broad portfolio. Your focus will be on unlocking value—financially, operationally, and sustainably—through our global and regional supply chains.

  • Deep experience in global supply chain management within complex enterprise environments.
  • Expert negotiator with a sharp commercial edge and a knack for securing high-impact contracts.
  • MCIPS qualification and a proven ability to spot and deliver value across diverse categories.
  • Strategic mindset with a clear understanding of how category decisions impact broader business goals.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring teams in category, sourcing, and relationship management.

A competitive salary - dependent on capability.

This role will be based out of our Warwick office, and you can enjoy our hybrid working from office and home.

As well as your base salary, you will receive a bonus based on personal and company performance with on target being 20% (with a maximum of 40%) and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
