The Senior Facility Manager is responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive plan that delights clients and sustains long‑term relationships. This role drives results that surpass key performance indicators, builds financial plans to exceed revenue and profitability targets, and oversees FM delivery, engineering, vendor management, and collaboration with EHS teams across the United States.
Day‑to‑day duties include establishing transparent communication as the regional team face, building collaborative relationships with site teams, vendors, and clients, and aligning vision and strategy with JLL leadership. The manager drives annual plans, identifies account‑growth opportunities, leads high‑performing teams, monitors regional KPIs and financial metrics, and advances diversity, equity, and inclusion through strategic talent initiatives while traveling to regional locations as needed.
Required qualifications are 10+ years in Integrated Facilities Management or a related commercial real estate function, 3+ years of direct management experience, strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, proven vendor supervision, and strong supervisory capabilities, with U.S. citizenship required due to government contract obligations.
Preferred qualifications include an MBA or equivalent advanced business education, strong presentation and customer‑service skills, proficiency in Excel for data analysis, and a track record of revenue growth and business expansion. The position is onsite in El Segundo, CA, does not provide visa sponsorship, and offers an estimated salary range of $130,000 – $165,000 per year.
