- Track site progress, report KPIs, and escalate issues to the Project Manager
- Making an Impact: Get involved in CSR initiatives and give back to your community.
- Serve as the key contact for local authorities, contractors, and internal teams
- Ensure all work meets technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Lead by example in promoting a robust Health & Safety culture across all sites
- Coordinate and manage on-site teams and subcontractors to maximise efficiency

Circet UK is looking for a dedicated and experienced On-site Supervisor to oversee the daily execution of fibre optic network build projects across the UK. This is a crucial field-based role focused on driving a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance, and delivering quality work on time and to specification.
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Excellent leadership, communication, and on-site problem-solving skills
- At least 2+ years' experience in site supervision or foreman roles within telecoms, fibre, or civil engineering
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and managing construction logistics
- Strong working knowledge of fibre build practices (FTTx, civils, cabling, testing)
- OR 5+ years hands-on field experience in fibre network builds with leadership exposure
