As a Kitchen Install Helper, you will install home‑remodeling products following company standards, apply finishing work where needed, and communicate with management after each job to confirm customer satisfaction and authorize final payments. You will also complete a carpentry checklist together with the homeowner at the end of each installation.
The role requires at least six months of experience in remodeling, carpentry, or construction, preferably with window replacement or wrapping. A valid driver’s license with a good driving record and strong communication and customer‑service skills are essential.
The position offers a competitive compensation package, including a base hourly rate of $20, the potential to earn up to $80,000 annually, and a sign‑on bonus of up to $500.
