- Maintain project-related records, including contracts and change orders.
- Liaison between Corporate Finance and other internal departments that have various project related financial needs.
- Maintain project accounts and tags in the accounting system.
- Review and pay supplier invoices related to a project.
- Compile information for internal and external auditors as required.
- Maintain budget and financial reporting records for projects. Report to management regarding the remaining budget available for projects.
- Close out project accounts upon completion.
- Investigate project variances and submit variance reports to management.
- Review account totals related to project assets, liabilities, and expenses.

- Must be a problem-solving skills, and strong quantitative and analytical competency
- Must have advanced knowledge of Excel
- Must be a self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics or relevant work experience preferred.
- Must have proven work experience in a quantitatively-heavy role
- 3-5 years of Business Finance or other relevant experience.
