Test Engineer

Description

• Analyze data, evaluate results, form conclusions, and provide or implement process and document improvements.
• Perform assessments on Tissue Diagnostics Instruments using various assays and tissue samples.
• Contribute to the creation of design inputs for new systems.
• Update project planning processes and contribute to experimental design.
• Write and execute lab and engineering testing protocols.
• Ensure quality control of work products.
• Plan and execute assigned projects utilizing technical and theoretical understanding.

Requirements

• Proven ability to write and execute lab and engineering testing protocols.
• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with CAD and SolidWorks for Systems Engineers.
• 2-5 years of experience in systems characterization protocols, design of experiments, and test method validation.
• Excellent technical presentation skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive self-starting approach.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Strong preference for candidates with past experience in Roche, automotive, or other regulated industries.
• Experience in data analysis, evaluation of results, and process improvement.
