- Familiarity with UKG Pro, UKG Workforce Management™, Business Intelligence, and Cognos (preferred).
- Solid understanding of HR processes, programs, and data.
- Experience with HR technology systems, including Payroll/Core and Time Management.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for business partners.
- Strong collaboration skills to work across teams in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight timelines.
