The Community Manager role oversees day‑to‑day operations of an assigned property, directing staff, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with company policies and housing regulations. The position is responsible for financial performance, lease administration, resident satisfaction, maintenance standards, and owner relations.
Compensation includes a base salary of $58 k‑$75 k with eligibility for performance‑based bonuses.
