Description

The Community Manager role oversees day‑to‑day operations of an assigned property, directing staff, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with company policies and housing regulations. The position is responsible for financial performance, lease administration, resident satisfaction, maintenance standards, and owner relations.

• Manage daily property operations, team, and resources to meet budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Develop and analyze property budgets, financial statements, and market data to forecast performance.
• Set rent rates, collect rent and fees, process deposits, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance, code charges, and coordinate with accounting and owners.
• Control expenditures within approved budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, evictions, and fee collection.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Ensure resident satisfaction by promptly addressing complaints, requests, and service issues.
• Supervise maintenance team compliance with service standards and conduct regular property inspections.
• Hire, train, and manage property staff performance in line with company policies.
• Maintain client/owner relationships through meetings, property tours, performance updates, and responsive communication.
• Provide employee assistance program, critical illness, accident, hospital indemnity, pet insurance, legal plans, and charitable giving program.

Compensation includes a base salary of $58 k‑$75 k with eligibility for performance‑based bonuses. • Salary range $58,000–$75,000 with performance‑based bonus eligibility.
