This role is based at our Oklahoma City Bass Pro location. It involves connecting with potential customers, generating leads, and promoting affordable, family‑oriented mini‑vacation packages. We provide extensive training, and candidates with experience in customer service, hospitality, or cold calling are encouraged to apply.
As a Sales Representative you will approach and engage store customers, present mini‑vacation getaways across the U.S., overcome objections, close sales and highlight the offers’ benefits.
Candidates must be at least 18, able to work flexible evenings, weekends and holidays, and be comfortable standing for their shift. Prior sales, marketing or customer‑service experience, especially commission‑based, fast‑paced environments, strong communication, teamwork and basic computer skills are preferred.
We offer full benefits while working 30 hours per week, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off and a 401(k) match up to 5 %. Commission is uncapped, top producers can earn a trip to the President’s Club, and there is unlimited growth potential and a referral‑bonus program.
