Senior Estimator

Description

• Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments
• Support nimble project management and clear decisions through excellent cost documentation and timely communication
• Build trust and credibility with partners across the business, from 3rd parties to client specialists to contractors and consultants
• Evaluate cost plans and project scopes to assess and address gaps
• Analyse external contractor bids to ensure client value for money
• Maintain a library of current local rates for use in all estimates
• Provide estimating expertise and leadership throughout the design and construction stages of the projects
• Optimize project costs against budget, including cost reviews, value engineering, and accurate estimates to increase client value

Requirements

• Enjoy applying your advanced analytical skills to investigate and interpret complex technical data
• Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
• Have increasing levels of scope and responsibility as an Estimator in a construction environment
• Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
• Excel in a collaborative and friendly team environment
• Experience working in mission-critical/data center environments
