Ability to manage multiple work assignments and/or contracts for multiple clients simultaneously.
Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from an ABET accredited college or university.
Ability to technically and professionally mentor members of project team.
Ability to remain flexible to changing client demands.
Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the state of Texas.
Must be able to work from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed to meet project deadlines.
Exceptional ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
Effective communication skills, both oral and written, with all levels of employees in an organization.
