Lead the Electrical Power & Motion engineering team for the national TLS function.

  • Manage resource allocation to deliver key milestones for FRACAS, enhancements, and fleet projects
  • Oversee complex engineering activities: systems engineering, manufacturing liaison, configuration control, systems assurance, materials compliance, and change management
  • Drive planning, policy decisions, and provide technical advice to management and operational teams
  • Develop integration plans for rolling stock and assure new systems and operating methods
  • Responsible for staff selection, training, performance, and discipline
  • Work closely with Fleet Engineering Managers to ensure effective engineering change delivery
  • Support procurement, planning, production, testing, commissioning, and maintenance
  • Lead the Electrical Power & Motion engineering team for the national TLS function
  • Report directly to the GM TLS Engineering and manage internal/external stakeholders
