Possess tickets enabling you to operate machinery as required and lead by example.
Be confident in hands-on day-to-day site supervision and coordination;
Possess a strong work ethic and demonstrated commitment to the environment and safety;
Be capable of accurately following instructions and directions from supervisors and engineers;
Reside in the Townsville area;
A min of 2 years’ experience on a similar civil infrastructure road/bridge/pavement/drainage project – preferably TMR;
Confidence in the passing of a pre-employment medical, drug, and alcohol test;
Have proven ability in leading the construction process by leading a team of multi-skilled plant operators and labourers;
To currently live in the Townsville area;
A current drivers licence.
Have 2 years minimum general labouring experience within civil construction;
Have experience assisting with the surveillance of subcontractors' and suppliers' work and materials delivered;
